Data voluntarily provided by the user: Users may use the contact form or the listed email addresses to send requests or get in touch with the company. The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of personal data by the user to the contacts indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s data for the sole purposes specified in the respective sections of the site. Such data will be processed in order to respond to the user’s request (e.g., request for information, submission of a Curriculum Vitae, online purchases, delivery services, seat reservations). Under no circumstances will data acquired through forms or email be saved or used for sending future marketing or update communications unless specific consent has been granted. Otherwise, the data will be deleted.
Data collected in the online shop: Users may choose to create an account within our online shop, where their personal, contact, and shipping details necessary for order fulfillment, as well as their order history, will be stored. Data will be retained until the account is closed, upon request of the data subject. In addition, during checkout on our online shop, the user must provide all the information necessary for proper order fulfillment. The provision of such data is mandatory, and if it is incorrect or incomplete, the order cannot be processed. The data collected in this manner will be stored solely for accounting and tax purposes in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that the payment system integrated into the shop is managed by external Payment Service Providers. Newsletter: Users may provide an email address to receive promotional communications about new products, events, or initiatives organized by Caffè Ottolina. Providing this email address is optional, and consent for its use may be withdrawn at any time and completely autonomously through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter, which will result in the immediate removal of the address from our mailing list.
Photo and video recording during events (online or in-person): During events organized by Caffè Ottolina, video and photographic material may be collected and later shared through our communication channels (company websites, social media, in-store videos, targeted promotional communications). On such occasions, a specific notice will be displayed, and by entering the physical or virtual venue, the participant automatically consents to the processing of their personal data (including their image). However, data subjects have the right to access the material, request limitations on its use, or revoke consent to the use of their image by contacting info@ottolina.it. Photos and videos will be stored in our digital archives for a maximum of 3 years, except for files classified as official photos or videos, which will become part of our historical archives as a record of the company’s activities over the years.
