Inaccessible content
The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reasons, in breach of Law No. 4 of 9 January
2004:

WCAG 1.1.1 (A)
The image of the Union Jack has an alt attribute, but the online SVG image does not have meaningful alternative text.

WCAG 1.3.1 (A)
The use of `aria-hidden=‘true’` on a `nav` element makes the content inaccessible to screen readers,
preventing users with visual impairments from navigating the site.

WCAG 2.1.1 (A)
The use of `tabindex=‘-1’` on links makes these elements inaccessible via the keyboard, preventing
navigation.

WCAG 1.4.3 (AA)
It is unclear whether the contrast between the text and the background meets the minimum ratio of 4.5:1.

WCAG 3.3.1 (A)
There is no clear indication of what happens when the button is pressed, particularly for users who
cannot see the content.

WCAG 4.1.2 (A)
The use of a `div` element as a button is not semantically correct and may confuse screen readers.

WCAG 2.4.4 (A)
The links do not have sufficient descriptive text to indicate their destination.
